GMP ® Vinyl Quat Protective Coating is a revolutionary new product that will dramatically streamline professional mold remediation. Vinyl Quat is a proprietary blend of ingredients including an odorless, colorless, film-forming agent chemically bonded to an additive known to prevent mold staining.

GMP Vinyl quit is perfect for applications like attic spaces and crawlspaces once remediation has been completed.  The ingredients in Vinyl Quat known to prevent mold staining will give you peace of mind that the surfaces cleaned of mold staining will remain that way.

Dilute 1/2 gallon of Vinyl Quat concentrate into 5 gallons of water to create the useable product.  Once thoroughly mixed, simply spray or fog the useable diluted product onto subject dry surfaces until they are visibly wet. 

Application Rate: 1 Gallon of Diluted Useable Product= 700-1200 sq ft of coverage.
